Honor announced the launch date of the Magic 6 family with the poster it shared recently. Accordingly, the smartphones will be introduced in a two-day launch to be held between 10-11 January 2024. Moreover, it is highly likely that the Magic OS 8.0 interface will be introduced at the same event.
Honor Magic 6 series will host Magic 6, 6 Pro, and 6 Porsche Design models. The phones will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Qualcomm continues to cooperate with TSMC for its new processor. The processor, produced with 4 nm technology, has 1 3.3 GHz ARM Cortex-X4, 3 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, 2 3.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, and 2 2.3 GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores. The company includes the Adreno 750 graphics unit with Ray Tracing support in its new chip.

Another striking feature of the models is the satellite connection. With the series, Honor will be the second Chinese brand to include this feature in its smartphones, after Huawei. Apart from this, Magic 6 and Magic 6 Pro will come with 66W and 100W wired charging support, respectively. The Pro model will also offer 50W wireless charging support.
The standard model will feature a triple camera setup consisting of 50 Megapixel main, 50-megapixel ultra-wide, and 50-megapixel periscope telephoto sensors with variable aperture and OIS support. We can also say that the smartphone, which will run the Android 14-based Magic 8.0 interface, will have an IP68-rated dust and water-resistant case.
