OnePlus is continuing its efforts to expand its product range. As part of this, the Chinese brand is set to introduce the Nord CE 5 model very soon. While there have been numerous reports regarding the smartphone so far, many details remain unknown. However, recent developments show that the device has crossed an important milestone before its launch.
OnePlus Nord CE 5 Receives TDRA Certification
The OnePlus Nord CE 5 has appeared in the TDRA database with the model number CPH2719. Although this development doesn’t provide any specific details about what the phone will offer, it strongly indicates that the launch is imminent.

According to past leaks, the smartphone will feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it will have a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with OIS support and an 8 MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide sensor. On the front, a 16 MP selfie camera will be available.
The device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset and will be fueled by a 7,100 mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. Moreover, it will run Android 15 with the OxygenOS 15 interface right out of the box. The price is expected to be under $290.
At the moment, there is no official announcement regarding the launch date. However, considering that its predecessor was introduced in April of last year, it is likely to be unveiled by May at the latest.
