This option allows you to be presented with personalized tips, suggestions and advertisements based on your activities on Windows. Additionally, the option previously called “ Customized Experiences ” has been moved to this new page as “ Personalized Offers .” Microsoft has also made name changes to make these types of settings more understandable.

For example, the option “ Allow Me to View Personalized Ads Using Advertising ID ” has been simplified and labels have been added to make it easier for users to understand. In other words, with this update, the Windows 11 settings menu has become more understandable, away from the clutter.
