In his video, Mosseri explained that users can make many edits, from changing their clothes, to changing the background they are in to a different atmosphere, or even adding jewelry and changing their overall appearance. For example, in one scene, Mosseri’s background transforms into a snow-covered atmosphere, while in another scene she transforms into a puppet-like animated character.

In fact, Meta first introduced the Movie Gen AI model in October. This model is capable of creating video and audio with simple text commands, as well as editing existing videos. The initial announcement stated that this tool would not be available to the public. But now it has been announced that this model will be used to provide new editing tools for content creators on Instagram.

By the way, Meta made this announcement months after OpenAI and Adobe announced similar models. OpenAI’s Sora model and Adobe’s Firefly video maker were offered to users for testing. Meta will use its Instagram trump card to compete with these giants and gain a big advantage.
