The long-awaited VR action-horror game Alien: Rogue Incursion, the long-awaited VR action-horror game, has released a brand new trailer and announced its release date. The game will be available on PlayStation VR2, SteamVR and Meta Quest 3 platforms.
Alien: Rogue Incursion will be released on December 18, 2024
Alien: Rogue Incursion is being developed by LA-based Survios. Survios is known as the studio behind popular VR games such as The Walking Dead: Onslaught and Creed: Rise to Glory. The game immerses players in the story of former Colonial Marine Zula Hendricks. Zula travels to the planet Purdan on a dangerous mission to discover the secrets hidden there.
The game is now available for pre-order in two different editions. The Standard Edition is priced at $39.99, while the $49.99 Deluxe Edition includes additional armor and weapon skins. Players who pre-order both editions will also receive an exclusive special edition inspired by this week’s Alien: Romulus, which hits theaters this week, will include special armor and weapon skins inspired by the film.
According to the game’s official description, alongside Zula Hendricks and Davis 01, a sentient AI, players will enter the Gemini Exoplanet Solutions research facility to face the most dangerous Xenomorphs.
The game aims to offer an unforgettable experience for VR platforms with its strong atmosphere and impressive graphics. However, it is not known how profitable it will be to design the game in VR when VR technology is not fully widespread in the world, let alone in Turkey.
