AMD’s new mid-range graphics card, the Radeon RX 9060, is attracting attention with its performance in initial tests. This model, featuring the RDNA 4 architecture, comes with a Navi 48 GPU and features 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM and 32MB of Infinity Cache.
Radeon RX 9060 tested
According to the test results, the RX 9060 runs an average of 20% faster than the RTX 5050 at Full HD resolution. In some games, the difference is even greater; for example, in Red Dead Redemption 2, it delivers a two-fold increase in FPS compared to the RTX 5050. The performance difference between the RTX 5060 and the RTX 5060 is only 2% on average, and its performance is approximately 6% lower than the RX 9060 XT.

Pricing: The RX 9060 is available in South Korea for between 350,000 and 390,000 won. US pricing is around $250 for the base model and $280 for higher-end versions. This pricing makes the card more affordable than both the RTX 5060 and the RX 9060 XT.
In terms of technical details, the RX 9060 features 28 compute units, 1,792 stream processors, and 56 AI accelerators. Clock speeds can reach up to 3.0 GHz on select models. The card, with a single 8-pin power connector and a 132W TBP, offers 288 GB/s of bandwidth over a 128-bit bus.
AMD is only offering the RX 9060 through OEMs and system builders. This means it’s currently not available directly from retailers; users can access it through pre-built systems. The Radeon RX 9060 stands out as a new option that will intensify competition in the mid-range segment.
