With Android 14, the lock screen gets clock customization capabilities An Android developer shared the clock customization options discovered in Android 14 Beta 2. Android 14’s Wallpaper and Style app will make it easy to customize the lock screen clock.
These options will allow users to make changes to the watch face, color and size. Users will be able to change the color of the clock and adjust its intensity regardless of the color palette provided by the system and the lock screen wallpaper color.
In addition, a second tab will include options for clock size. Currently, the clock size in Android is determined in two ways, small/large.
On the other hand, a major battery-related change is expected in the new Android version. Accordingly, Android 14 will launch the BatteryManager API. This will officially give the user more information about the battery life of the smartphone.
It should be noted that the accuracy of battery status data may vary. However, it is noteworthy that a new feature has been added by Google for battery tracking. These features are expected to be included in Android 14 Beta 3 and offered to more testers.
