Google has released the fourth beta version of the Android 16 operating system. The update, called Android 16 Beta 4, shows that the application interfaces and system behaviors have reached their final state.
Android 16 Beta 4 has been released
Thus, the distribution of applications developed for Android 16 will begin via Google Play. With the expansion of the beta process, Android 16 will not be limited to Pixel models only. Some models belonging to brands such as HONOR, iQOO, Lenovo, OnePlus, OPPO, Realme, Vivo and Xiaomi have also joined the list by receiving the Android 16 Beta version.

The first devices to receive the Android 16 Beta update are listed as follows: Xiaomi 14T Pro, Xiaomi 15, Redmi K70 Ultra, HONOR Magic 7 Pro, Lenovo YOGA Tab Plus, OnePlus 13, OPPO Find X8, Realme GT 7 Pro, Vivo X200 Pro and iQOO 13. The new features offered by Android 16 can be tested on these models.
Samsung, on the other hand, did not participate in the official Android beta program this year, as in previous years. The company is testing the Android 16-based One UI 8 version internally. Samsung’s transition to Android versions is progressing through the company’s own software framework, without participating in Google’s beta program.
The final version of Android 16 is expected to be released in the second half of the year. Developers have started early compatibility work by making their applications compatible with the new version as part of the beta process.
