Apple Vision Pro isn’t yet a dominant force in the gaming world, but a new move with Nvidia seems to be set to change that. With the integration of GeForce NOW into VisionOS, users will now be able to play thousands of games on the Vision Pro.
Cloud Gaming Moves into VR for Apple
Nvidia has announced that GeForce NOW will support Apple Vision Pro, and this support officially started last week. Vision Pro owners can now play games via the cloud in 4K resolution at 120 FPS with ultra-low latency. Gamepad support is also available, allowing for an experience that surpasses even mobile devices.

The existing subscription library contains over 2,000 games, more than 100 of which are completely free to play. All games run through the GeForce NOW app, accessible via Safari on Vision Pro.
GeForce NOW’s Vision Pro support is compatible with VisionOS 2.3, but users are encouraged to install the latest updates to ensure the best experience. Performance optimizations have been made for Safari on VisionOS to enhance game performance.
Nvidia has also stated that they are continuing to improve the GeForce NOW experience on Vision Pro and plan to add more games to the platform. This development shows that Vision Pro has the potential to evolve beyond a VR headset into a serious gaming platform.
Thanks to this update, Vision Pro users will be able to play AAA-quality games without any additional hardware. Do you think Apple’s entry into the cloud gaming world with GeForce NOW will be successful? Share your thoughts in the comments!
