Audi accidentally leaked an image of its new sports car concept, set to be unveiled tomorrow. This photo, shared on Canadian social media accounts and quickly removed, offers significant clues about the brand’s future design language. It’s said the car is inspired by the legendary TT.
Audi is coming with its new sports car
The resulting image shows a two-seat coupe with a low, dynamic silhouette. The vehicle’s proportions, reminiscent of mid-engine sports cars, capture the TT’s sporty spirit. While Audi has stated that this is only a concept and will not enter production, the realistic nature of the design reinforces this possibility. Audi CEO Gernot Döllner previously stated that every concept they unveil now has the potential to become a production vehicle.

Details of the concept will be revealed tomorrow evening. Audi’s design chief Massimo Frascella stated that the car will be unveiled with the motto “strive for clarity.” This motto forms the basis of the brand’s future design language.
Döllner added that the new design is a bold step forward for the brand, drawing inspiration from the past without copying it. The promotional video shared by Audi features the TT, the 1991 Avus concept, and the Auto Union Grand Prix cars of the 1930s, conveying the message that “yesterday’s legends are tomorrow’s inspiration.”
