Battery capacities increased in iPhone 15 models

Apple, which takes significant steps in this regard with each new generation, has also increased the battery capacities in the iPhone 15 models. As a result, the new generation phones will be able to offer a longer battery life.
In this regard, Apple has taken a significant step and will offer a battery with a capacity of 3,877 mAh in the iPhone 15 model. In iPhone 14, we were encountering a battery with a capacity of 3,279 mAh. In the new generation, Apple will present us with a model that has 18% more capacity.
The iPhone 14 Plus represents the peak in the current models with a battery capacity of 4,325 mAh. With the new generation, the iPhone 15 Plus will also greet us with a larger battery. The battery capacity of the new generation phone has been announced as 4,912 mAh.
When we switch to the iPhone 15 Pro, we will encounter a battery with a capacity of 3,650 mAh. In the current iPhone 14 Pro model, this value is measured at 3,200 mAh. When we compare the figures, we see that the new generation has a battery with 14% more capacity.
The iPhone 15 Pro Max model has also benefited from this increase. Accordingly, the flagship model will have a battery with a capacity of 4,852 mAh instead of the 4,323 mAh capacity battery in the current generation. This corresponds to a 12% increase.
On the other hand, with the new generation, we will now see USB-C connections instead of Lightning connections in iPhone models. This innovation will also make a significant contribution to the charging speeds of the iPhone 15 models. According to the latest information, all iPhone 15 models will be offered with 35W fast charging. However, there are also claims that the standard iPhone 15 models could be offered with 20W.
