BenQ has announced the first OLED gaming monitors under its MOBIUZ series. Combining the company’s color calibration expertise with the high performance of OLED panels, the new models include the EX271UZ, EX271QZ, and EX321UZ. These monitors deliver games as intended by developers while giving gamers detailed control over visual settings. Here are the details.

BenQ’s new monitors stand out with features such as Spectral Color Refinement, which eliminates banding in color transitions, and High Pixel Contrast, which adjusts highlights and shadows at the pixel level. Gamers can personalize their visuals with adjustment tools like Light Tuner and Color Vibrance.

Furthermore, BenQ’s Color Shuttle software offers game-specific color modes, while Smart Game Art AI features match over 120 AAA game profiles to deliver games like Elden Ring and The Last of Us with their original color and detail.
All models utilize QD-OLED panels for deep blacks, rich colors, and fast response times.
- EX271UZ and EX321UZ: Ideal for both cinematic and fast-paced gaming with 4K resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate.
- EX271QZ: Offers 2K resolution and a 500Hz refresh rate for competitive FPS gamers.
Each model delivers professional-grade performance with 99% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage and DeltaE<2 color accuracy. The monitors have a response time of 0.03ms GtG, eliminating blurring and ghosting. FreeSync Premium Pro support ensures a smooth and tear-free HDR gaming experience.
The monitors offer extensive connectivity options, including USB-C with 90W power delivery, DisplayPort 1.4 (2.1 on the EX321UZ), and HDMI 2.1. Features like customizable crosshairs, an FPS counter, and blur reduction are available for competitive gamers. For console gamers, features such as a KVM switch, ALLM/VRR, eARC, and remote media control have been added.
The EX271UZ model will be available in the US in December for $999. The EX321UZ and EX271QZ models will be released in February 2026 with prices of $1,299 and $899, respectively.
