Blizzard Entertainment is preparing to take its place at the Gamescom event this month and offer a great experience to its fans in Cologne from August 21-25. The Diablo and World of Warcraft series, which will be present at the Xbox booth for the first time, will create great excitement at the event.
Blizzard returns to Gamescom on Xbox booth
The newest entries in the Diablo series, Diablo IV and Diablo Immortal, will be highlighted at Gamescom. Ahead of Diablo IV’s highly anticipated expansion “Vessel of Hatred” launching in October, players will have access to a special public gameplay demo featuring the Spiritborn class and the Nahantu region, which will be featured in the expansion.
The hands-on area, which includes 50 game terminals, will offer an immersive jungle temple gaming environment. Diablo Immortal, on the other hand, draws attention with its new content such as Crucible of Justice and Diablo Immortal Helliquary boss tournament. While players compete in 4-person cooperative boss raids, spectators will be able to watch this excitement from the stands.
World of Warcraft will celebrate “The War Within” with a special immersive experience. Gamescom attendees will have the opportunity to experience the thrill of Skyriding in Azeroth. Plus, some of Europe’s most renowned World of Warcraft influencers will be at the booth and livestreaming the game.
Overwatch 2 will feature a life-size statue of D.Va inspired by the new electric Macan in collaboration with Porsche. Fans will get the chance to step into a real-life interpretation of one of Overwatch 2’s iconic maps.
Additionally, Blizzard will be present at this year’s Gamescom at the Xbox Booth in Hall 7 of the Koelnmesse, with a number of side events taking place throughout the event, including cosplay demonstrations, photo opportunities, and various giveaways.
