The new BMW R 1300 GS Adventure stands out immediately with its massive 30-liter fuel tank. It has luggage racks on top, a compartment to charge your smartphone, and rubber trays on the sides to securely store your tools. Additionally, there is a large front windshield and two big transparent wind deflectors to protect you against wind and harsh weather conditions. The headlights are fully LED, with additional LED lights to illuminate your path, ensuring safety even during night rides.
This motorcycle is equipped with a 1.3-liter twin-cylinder boxer engine, producing 107 kW (145 horsepower) and 149 Nm of torque. Weighing in at 269 kg when empty, it features an optimized steel frame for higher rigidity, and the rear frame is constructed with aluminum tubes and forged parts, making it both robust and lightweight.
The BMW R 1300 GS Adventure comes with EVO Telelever front suspension and EVO Paralever rear suspension. With Dynamic Suspension Adjustment (DSA), the riding dynamics are automatically adjusted based on the selected riding mode, riding conditions, and maneuvers. An optional adaptive height control lowers the motorcycle by 30 mm when stationary and at low speeds, and there is also a “comfort” version for shorter riders.
This model offers four different riding modes: “Rain” and “Road” modes adapt to most road conditions, “Eco” mode maximizes range, and “Enduro” mode excels in off-road scenarios. With the standard Dynamic Cruise Control (DCC), your journeys will be more comfortable. It also features many advanced safety functions like Active Cruise Control (ACC), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Change Warning, and Rear-End Collision Warning (RECW).
The BMW Adventure comes with a 37-liter aluminum luggage box. Additionally, there are optional new aluminum cases with 10-liter expansions, offering a total capacity exceeding 73 liters.
