BMW has updated its electric scooter model CE 04, which it introduced in 2021, for the 2025 model year. The model, which leaves the traditional scooter concept behind with its design, maintains the futuristic lines that have attracted attention since the first version. New equipment levels and comfort elements have been added with the update.
BMW CE 04 officially renewed
CE 04 is now offered in three different equipment levels: Basic, Avantgarde and Exclusive. The Basic version only comes in a light white body color. The black-gray seat and transparent windshield complete this simple look. The Exclusive equipment includes Space Silver metallic body color, a larger windshield, heated seat and heated grips. This package also includes a special seat upholstery.

No changes have been made to the mechanical features. CE 04 is powered by a single electric motor producing 42 horsepower. The motor is fed by a battery with a capacity of 8.9 kilowatt-hours. There is also a lower-power version with 31 horsepower on sale. The range of the model is given as 130 kilometers. It accelerates from 0 to 50 kilometers in 2.6 seconds.
A full charge with a home type socket takes 4 hours and 20 minutes. This time is reduced to 1 hour and 40 minutes with the 6.9 kilowatt fast charger. Charging from 20 percent to 80 percent is completed in 45 minutes. Three different driving modes, ABS braking system, LED lighting and a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel are offered as standard in all CE 04 versions.
In addition, automatic stability control (ASC) and dynamic traction control (DTC) systems can be added as optional equipment. The current version of the CE 04 on sale in Turkey is listed with prices starting from 713 thousand TL with the Avantgarde and Comfort equipment levels.
