Bosch Türkiye Remains Committed to Investment Despite Financial Challenges

Bosch Turkey reports 5.2 billion Euro in 2025 sales, emphasizing continued investment in R&D, artificial intelligence, and a nationwide service network despite market challenges.

Bosch Turkey concluded the 2025 financial year with 5.2 billion Euro in total net sales, marking a 5.9 percent decrease attributed to global economic fluctuations and challenging market conditions. Despite this, the company continues its long-term strategy of investing in the future of the Turkish market. Daniel Korioth, President of Bosch Turkey and the Middle East, confirmed that while the macroeconomic environment remains difficult, the company successfully met its primary year-end targets. By prioritizing local engineering and innovation, the organization reaffirmed its confidence in Turkey’s industrial potential through significant capital injections and expanded operational capacity.

    • Bosch Turkey recorded 5.2 billion Euro in total net sales throughout the 2025 fiscal year.
    • The company allocated 139 million Euro toward new investments and 68.5 million Euro to research and development activities.
    • The total workforce of the company in Turkey reached 18,000 employees by the end of 2025.
    • Bosch Car Service expanded its operations to cover all 81 provinces in Turkey.

The R&D Network Strengthens Through Multi-Million Euro Investments

Despite a contraction in market activity, Bosch has intensified its focus on local production and engineering capabilities. In 2025 alone, the company invested 139 million Euro, demonstrating a firm commitment to the region. A substantial portion of this funding, totaling 68.5 million Euro, was directed toward five dedicated research and development centers and two engineering facilities located in major industrial hubs including Bursa, Manisa, Tekirdağ, and Istanbul.

These technology centers currently employ approximately 1,000 highly skilled professionals. A key development in this expansion is the official certification of the Bosch Production Solutions unit in Bursa as the company’s fifth official R&D center by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology.

This strategic move aims to render Turkish industrial production lines significantly more flexible, efficient, and sustainable.

The Service Network Spans Across All 81 Provinces of Turkey

To improve consumer satisfaction, the company has reached critical milestones within the automotive ecosystem. The Bosch Car Service network has successfully expanded its footprint to cover all 81 provinces of Turkey, ensuring that advanced automotive technologies are accessible to users nationwide. Furthermore, the company is closely monitoring the two-wheeler market, as Turkey maintains its position as the largest motorcycle market in Europe with over 7 million registered vehicles.

Artificial Intelligence Becomes the Primary Focus of Innovation

The global Bosch Tech Compass 2026 report highlights that 71 percent of Turkish respondents view artificial intelligence as the most transformative technology for the coming decade. Aligning with these findings, the company has integrated AI-driven strategies into its product development cycles. This alignment provides the company with a significant competitive advantage and strengthens its role in local innovation ecosystems.

The company continues to lead in innovation by filing approximately 6,300 patent applications globally in 2025.

Youth Talent Receives Support Through Academic Collaborations

Bosch Turkey remains dedicated to fostering future talent through holistic educational projects. For the past six years, company engineers have provided continuous mobility training to university students, while also strengthening partnerships with organizations such as the YTU Racing team. Additionally, new practical training centers have been established, such as the Bosch Car Service unit at the Bursa Şehit Hüseyin Akyüz Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
