Oppo has officially announced the A6 Pro, its budget-friendly yet feature-packed new smartphone. Coming at an attractive price tag of around $250, this new model offers a massive battery, a smooth OLED display, and flagship-level water and dust resistance. OPPO A6 Pro Comes with a Massive Battery
The Oppo A6 Pro stands out with its large 6.57-inch OLED display. This display offers a visual feast with a 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, up to 1400 nits brightness, 100% DCI P3 color gamut, and 2160Hz PWM dimming. At the heart of the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. This powerful processor is accompanied by up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
One of its most notable features is its massive 7,000mAh battery. This battery quickly charges thanks to 80W fast charging support. Despite such a large battery, the phone is only 7.96 mm thin and weighs 190 grams.
The Oppo A6 Pro, featuring a glass back panel and metallic frame, is certified to MIL-STD-810H military standards for durability. It also offers water and dust protection at the IP66 + IP68 + IP69 levels common in flagship phones.
On the camera front, there’s a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel dual-camera setup on the rear, while a 16-megapixel selfie camera is on the front. The Oppo A6 Pro also offers a wealth of features, including an in-display fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, WiFi 6, dual SIM support, and an infrared (IR) sensor.
The Oppo A6 Pro is available for pre-order in China, with first sales starting on September 12, 2025. The phone, available in Black, Gold, and Blue, has the following storage options:
- 8GB + 256GB: 1,799 Yuan (approximately $252)
- 12GB + 256GB: 1,999 Yuan (approximately $280)
- 16GB + 256GB: 2,199 Yuan (approximately $308)
- 16GB + 512GB: 2,499 Yuan (approximately $350)
