Black Ops 7, the highly anticipated new installment in the Call of Duty series, launches on PC and consoles on November 11, 2025. Publisher Activision has announced the PC system requirements and has added new security technologies to them. This latest installment in the series requires enabling TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot technologies, similar to its competitor, Battlefield 6.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 system requirements announced
The company announced that TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot will be integrated with the game’s RICOCHET Anti-Cheat anti-cheat infrastructure. This integration will enable cheat detection directly at the hardware level.
This security measure aims to prevent the modification of game files or system components for cheating purposes. It’s worth noting that these features were not available in previous Call of Duty games.
The announced system requirements indicate that players must have at least an 8th-generation Intel or 2nd-generation AMD Ryzen processor to run the game. As for the graphics card, a minimum of a GTX 970/1060, RX 470, or Intel Arc A580 graphics card is recommended. Additionally, at least 8GB of RAM and 60GB of SSD storage are also among the minimum requirements.
