Casio announces new carbon fibre watch model
The body of the new G-Shock is made of carbon fibre-reinforced resin and stainless steel. Thanks to this combination of materials, the watch offers high durability despite weighing only 131 grams.

The MTG-B2000YBD-2A also features Casio’s ‘Triple G Resist’ technology. This special structure protects the watch against shock, vibration and centrifugal force. Anti-reflective sapphire glass is also used in the watch. Offering water resistance up to 200 metres, the model works by taking energy from sunlight thanks to Tough Solar technology and provides uninterrupted use for five months on a full charge.
Users can set an alarm, change the world time or find their phone via the Casio Watches app. Features such as world time, stopwatch, countdown timer and automatic calendar are among the functions offered by the watch.
