vivo continues to expand its product lineup, and the Chinese brand has been working on the X300 series for some time now. Like last year’s models, the upcoming series is expected to feature flagship-level specifications. New details have now emerged about the compact model in the series — the vivo X300 Pro Mini.
vivo X300 Pro Mini revealed: What to expect?
According to reliable industry insider Digital Chat Station, the upcoming vivo X300 Pro Mini will feature a 6.3-inch flat OLED display. The panel is expected to offer 1.5K resolution and include an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

The smartphone will reportedly be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. Additionally, it is said to feature a 50 MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens capable of 3x optical zoom, complete with an optical focusing prism.
The vivo X300 Pro Mini is expected to come with a large 7,000 mAh battery. It will also support wireless charging and offer high-level water resistance, potentially carrying an IP68 or IP69 rating.
For reference, the vivo X200 series was introduced in October last year, so the X300 lineup is likely to launch around September or October.
