Concrete developments continue to emerge regarding Apple’s iPhone 17 series, which is set to be launched in 2025. Reports so far suggest that Apple, dissatisfied with the sales performance of the Plus model, plans to replace it with a Slim/Air model, emphasizing a sleek design. The latest updates reveal key details about how the iPhone 17 Slim might look.
The iPhone 17 Slim Design Revealed
According to information shared by the YouTube channel AppleTrack, the iPhone 17 Slim will feature a dual-camera setup. However, the camera island’s layout will differ significantly from other models. A horizontally and centrally aligned design is expected, reminiscent of the rear panel of the Nothing Phone 2a.
Despite the distinct design of the iPhone 17 Slim, no changes are currently planned for the other models in the series. This new leak also diminishes the credibility of earlier claims suggesting that the new model would feature a single camera.
But that’s not all. Previous reports claim that the iPhone 17 Slim will be only 6 mm thick. If true, it will be the thinnest iPhone ever, surpassing the current record held by the 6.9 mm iPhone 6.
Details about the technical specifications of the iPhone 17 Slim remain scarce. However, it is expected to feature a 6.6-inch display and be powered by Apple’s A19 chipset. Pricing is rumored to fall between $1,299 and $1,499.
