Oppo will introduce not only the Find X8 Ultra but also its highly anticipated new tablet, the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, at an event it will hold in April. Moreover, this model will be the first tablet to use Qualcomm’s latest chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite, a first in the industry. So what innovations does the Oppo Pad 4 Pro bring? Here are the details…
What will the Oppo Pad 4 Pro offer?
Just six months after the Oppo Pad 3 Pro, which was released in October of last year, Oppo is preparing to introduce its new generation model. The company, which used the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor in the previous model, will raise the bar and use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset in the Oppo Pad 4 Pro. This means a big leap in terms of performance.

The Pad 4 Pro, which is expected to offer a big screen experience like its predecessor, may come with a 12.1-inch and high-resolution IPS LCD panel. The tablet, which is expected to be thin and light in terms of design, is thought to make a difference to its competitors especially in gaming and multitasking performance.
It is also expected to launch the standard Pad 4 model after the Pad 4 Pro. Looking at past models, it is possible that the standard version will have a smaller screen and a lighter structure. The previous generation Oppo Pad 3 used the Dimensity 8350 chip. Therefore, it is said that the Oppo Pad 4 may have a more advanced processor.
Finally, it is estimated that the Oppo Pad 4 series will work with the ColorOS 15-based Android 15 operating system. Although the details of the new model such as battery capacity, camera features and pricing have not yet been clarified, it is certain that Oppo will come out with an ambitious device in the tablet segment.
