Samsung Support Page for Galaxy A56 is Live
The support page for the upcoming Galaxy A56 model has been published by Samsung. While no features are listed on the page, the model is identified by its SM-A566B/DS number. This strongly indicates that the launch is imminent. Sources suggest that the phone will follow the release schedule of its predecessors, pointing to a possible launch in March or April.
Reliable industry sources have shared insights into the phone’s specs and price details. The Galaxy A56 will feature a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support—an upgrade from its predecessor’s 25W capability.
The device will sport a Dynamic AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1580 chipset, which features one high-performance Cortex-A720 core clocked at 2.9GHz, three additional Cortex-A720 cores at 2.6GHz, and four Cortex-A520 cores optimized for efficiency running at 1.95GHz.
Expected to come in 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options, the Galaxy A56 will boast a triple-camera setup on the back, including a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 5MP macro lens. On the front, a new 12MP selfie camera will be utilized.
Another standout feature of the Galaxy A56 is its extended software support. Continuing the trend set by the Galaxy A16 5G, Samsung is offering six years of software updates for this mid-range model, a move that highlights the company’s commitment to long-term support for its devices.
