For those looking for a compact smartphone with high-end features, the OnePlus 15s is generating significant excitement. While the OnePlus 15T has been leaked before, new details have now emerged regarding its sibling, the OnePlus 15s, which is expected to launch globally.
A New Compact Flagship Is Coming
According to a new leak shared on X (formerly Twitter), the OnePlus 15s, likely the global variant of the OnePlus 15T, which is expected to be exclusive to China, could shake up the balance of the compact flagship segment.

The OnePlus 15s will feature a 6.3-inch, flat OLED display. This 1.5K resolution display is expected to offer a flagship-standard 120Hz refresh rate. The OnePlus 15 will also be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which will power the device. This chip will take performance to new heights.
One of the most notable upgrades is its massive battery capacity. The device will reportedly have a battery around 7,000mAh. It’s likely to offer even more capacity than the Xiaomi 17, which recently launched with the same chipset and a 7,000mAh battery. This could mean record-breaking battery life for a compact flagship.
The 15s is expected to feature an ultra-wide-angle lens, a feature not found on the OnePlus 13T/13s. This addition will significantly enhance the camera experience. Unlike the optical fingerprint reader on the previous model, the new model will feature a faster and more reliable under-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
If these leaks prove true, the OnePlus 15s, with its compact build, massive battery, and cutting-edge flagship processor, will be a highly anticipated device on the market.
