The Game Awards 2025 stage witnessed Blizzard’s show. The company officially unveiled its new massive expansion pack for the popular action RPG, Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred. The most talked-about detail of the night was the addition of the Paladin, one of the series’ long-standing classes, to the playable characters.
When will Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred be released?
This expansion, a continuation of Vessel of Hatred, will take the story to the finale of the “Age of Hatred.” Blizzard indicated April 28, 2026, as the release date. The game will be released simultaneously on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S platforms.
In this chapter, where players will fight against Mephisto’s armies, the fate of Sanctuary is reshaped. Two new classes are added to the roster with the expansion pack. The first of these is the Paladin, the light warrior that players have long requested. No details have been shared about the second class yet.
Announced at The Game Awards, Star Wars: Galactic Racer is coming with high speed and new vehicles. It has also been confirmed that the game will be in Turkish.
The map boundaries are also expanding; players will step into the dangerous Skovos region, known as the home of the Amazons. Furthermore, radical changes to gameplay dynamics await players:
- Completely revamped skill tree
- Long-awaited improved loot filter
- Deepened crafting system
- Player-focused battle plans and new powerful talismans
