Dynabook Tecra A45-M and A65-M bring AMD Ryzen Pro and AI to business laptops

Dynabook’s new Tecra A45-M and A65-M laptops feature Ryzen Pro 200 CPUs, enterprise security, and AI-ready NPUs for business users on the move.

Dynabook is doubling down on business-class performance with its latest pair of laptops, the Tecra A45-M and Tecra A65-M. These two machines bring AI-ready AMD Ryzen Pro 200 series CPUs into professional hands, offering a solid mix of enterprise-grade durability, performance, and forward-looking features like Windows Copilot compatibility. The 14-inch A45-M starts at $859, while the larger 16-inch A65-M begins at $1,099. Both arrive in late December 2025.

Buyers can configure the new Tecras with either AMD’s consumer Ryzen 200 chips, like the Ryzen 7 250 or go full enterprise with the Ryzen Pro 200 series. The Pro models add business-first capabilities, including remote manageability and extra layers of security, giving IT departments more control out of the box.

Thanks to built-in NPUs, both laptops deliver up to 16 TOPS of AI compute. That’s enough to fully support Windows Copilot features, which are quickly becoming a key part of Microsoft’s business tools ecosystem.

The Tecra A45-M and A65-M are built with long-term productivity in mind. Each comes with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM (expandable to 64 GB), a 512 GB PCIe SSD, and a 60 Wh battery. The displays are sharp 1,920 x 1,200 panels rated at 300 nits, offering a bit more vertical space than standard 1080p screens helpful for spreadsheets and documents.

Audio and webcam support are also work-ready, featuring stereo speakers with DTS processing, dual-array mics, and webcams with privacy shutters.

The port selection on both Tecra laptops covers all the usual bases and then some:

    • 2 x USB 4.0 Type-C (Thunderbolt 4 compatible)
    • 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 1
    • HDMI
    • Ethernet jack
    • Wi-Fi 7
    • microSD card slot
    • 3.5 mm headphone jack

That’s enough for most docking setups, without relying on dongles.

The 14-inch A45-M starts at 1.44 kg (3.17 lbs), while the A65-M tips the scales at 1.69 kg (3.73 lbs). Despite their relatively light weights, both pass MIL-STD-810H durability testing and ship with a three-year warranty a move aimed squarely at enterprise buyers.

Dynabook isn’t chasing buzz with these models but that’s the point. The A45-M and A65-M bring quiet confidence: strong performance, AI capability, and business-grade design in a familiar package. They’re built to do the work and keep doing it long after trends fade.
