Dyson has added a new model to its cordless upright vacuum cleaner line. The Dyson V8 Cyclone, the top-of-the-line model in the brand’s V8 series, comes with a more powerful battery and increased performance. It allows the vacuum to clean larger areas on a single charge. Initially available in China and Taiwan, the V8 Cyclone is priced at 2999 yuan in China and 14900 Taiwanese dollars in Taiwan.
Dyson launches the V8 Cyclone
The Dyson V8 Cyclone delivers 30% more powerful suction and 50% longer runtime than other models in the series. The vacuum’s 110,000 rpm digital motor generates up to 150 watts of suction power, achieving a 99.5% dust collection performance.

The device features a fully enclosed filter system that traps 99.99% of fine dust particles, even those as small as PM0.3. Root Cyclone Dust Collection technology creates powerful centrifugal force with 15 conical rotations to draw dust into the bin.
The Dyson V8 Cyclone offers three different suction modes: Eco, Medium, and Strong, and these modes are adjusted with a single button. The vacuum cleaner effectively picks up dirt with its specially designed Fluffy soft lint brush. It also features a handheld mode for tight spaces and fabric surfaces, allowing you to use a variety of tools.
This model offers up to 60 minutes of runtime, 20 minutes longer than the V8 Advanced. The vacuum has a built-in 0.54-liter dust bin and a full battery charge in four hours.
