United States Presidential Candidate Donald Trump will have an interview with Elon Musk tomorrow. The two phenomena, who have been seemingly close and distant, quarreling and reconciling for a long time, will share their views in a broadcast without any limits. Here’s the broadcast date and details…
Elon Musk announced the broadcast date on X
Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk revealed the details of his interview with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on the X social media platform. Set to air on Tuesday, 8 p.m. Eastern Time on 13th of August, this conversation seems like it might lead us into an interesting turning point in the tumultuous US presidential election process.
The interview could allow us to witness a very important day, at a time when the former president’s campaign has stagnated and Trump’s Democratic rival, Vice President Kamala Harris, has increased her votes. The interview, which will take place on Elon Musk’s social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter), will allow Trump to come together with a different voter bloc outside of his own conservative base.
Technical issues experienced in similar events on the X platform have already become a topic of discussion. Regarding this, Musk stated, “I will be doing some system scaling tests tonight and tomorrow before the conversation,” and said he would do his best to ensure the interview goes smoothly.
It was reported that the interview will be broadcast live through both Trump’s and Elon Musk’s official X accounts. Trump’s access to his account was suspended by the platform’s previous owners following the January 6, 2021 Capitol attack. The account was reactivated a month after Musk’s acquisition of X, and all restrictions on the account were lifted.
If neither party changes their mind at the last minute, Donald Trump and Elon Musk will come together on Tuesday, 8 p.m. Eastern Time on 13th of August.
