According to the information conveyed, Embracer Group ; Asmodee Group will be split into three separate organizations, Coffee Stain & Friends and Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends. There will also be stock listings for each of them. So what kind of games will these companies work on?

The working areas of the companies will be as follows;
- Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends : Will develop AAA games. It will own the rights to series such as Dead Island, Killing Floor, Kingdom Come Deliverance, Tomb Raider and The Lord of the Rings.
- Asmodee Group : Will focus on board games. It currently includes board games such as Ticket to Ride, 7 Wonders, Azul, CATAN, Dobble and Exploding Kittens. It also develops board games for popular series such as The Lord of the Rings, Marvel, Game of Thrones and Star Wars.
- Coffee Stain & Friends : It will focus on indie and free-to-play games. There will be games such as Deep Rock Galactic, Goat Simulator, Satisfactory, Wreckfest, Teardown and Valheim under the company’s roof.
Lars Wingefors, CEO of Embracer Group , stated that the main purpose of this step is to allow each team to demonstrate their full potential. Additionally, Wingefors expressed his intention to remain a shareholder in all three new companies.
