The Epic Games Store continues to attract users with its regular weekly free games. This week’s free game is the tower defense Legion TD 2. Epic Games users can add it to their library for free from July 24th to July 31st.

Legion TD 2 stands out as the standalone sequel to a mod that dates back to the Warcraft 3 and Starcraft 2 era. The original version was integrated into these two strategy games as a mod called “Squadron TD.” The sequel left early access and reached full release in 2021. Since its release, it has continued with regular content updates and a loyal player base.

Sid Meier’s Civilization VI: Platinum Edition is also currently available for free on the platform. You can add this game to your library until July 24th.

To participate in Epic Games’ free game campaign, simply log in to the official website and add the selected game to your library by clicking the “Install” button. The game is only available for free during the specified period. After the period expires, a new payment is required for any games not included in the campaign.

The free game Epic Games will offer next week has not yet been announced. The platform typically releases existing free games every Thursday, as well as announcing the following week’s game. New games and details are expected to be finalized by July 24th.
