The Epic Games Store has quickly entered the mobile gaming world, continuing to offer free games. Recently, the platform has been focusing on classic titles, and this week it made the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic series available for free.
Star Wars: KOTOR series free on Epic Games mobile
The Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) series, developed by BioWare and Obsidian Entertainment and considered a milestone in the RPG genre, is now available for free on mobile devices through the Epic Games Store.

These iconic adventure games can now be experienced by mobile players. In addition to the Star Wars series, many other games have been added to the Epic Games Store’s mobile catalog.
Notable titles include Cultist Simulator, the musical puzzle Figment 2: Creed Valley, the adventure-puzzle Machinarium, the motorcycle racing game Road Redemption, and the fighting game Shadow Fight 4: Arena.
The platform’s Android version is available globally, while the iOS app is currently only accessible in EU countries. Epic Games has stated that it will continue to focus on developing the mobile app, with plans for 2025 centered around further improvements.
Additionally, Epic Games recently shared key details about the Star Wars KOTOR Remake. Originally announced in 2021, the game has undergone many changes over the past three years, but no further information has been provided regarding its development process or release date.
