Under Mark Zuckerberg’s leadership, Meta has announced a high-stakes earnings program to lure content creators to its platform. Unveiled on March 18, the “Creator Fast Track” system is specifically designed to help influencers from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram port their audiences to Facebook while ensuring guaranteed monetization.
Guaranteed Earnings via Facebook Creator Fast Track
Creators enrolled in the program will receive fixed payments for posting on Facebook, paired with accelerated growth support for their videos. Those with at least 100,000 followers on other platforms can earn $1,000 per month, while those with over a million followers have the opportunity to earn $3,000 per month.

To qualify for this revenue, creators only need to post 15 Reels per month. Notably, there is no minimum view count requirement, and the content can include repurposed videos previously shared on other platforms. Full details are available via Facebook’s dedicated Fast Track website.
Yair Livne, Vice President of Creator Products at Facebook, told CNBC that many creators are hesitant to move to a new platform, and this program aims to alleviate that financial anxiety. While the guaranteed payments last for a three-month period, Livne emphasized that the algorithmic reach boost provided to these creators will remain permanent.
A Growing Budget for the Creator Economy
The platform’s investment in its creator ecosystem is expanding rapidly. Facebook paid approximately $3 billion to creators in 2025, marking a 35% increase over 2024. Additionally, the number of creators earning more than $10,000 annually rose by over 30% year-over-year.
Participants can also stack these earnings with existing monetization tools, such as subscriptions, tips (Stars), brand partnerships, and performance-based ad revenue. New advanced analytics tools will provide transparency, showing creators exactly which views qualify for payment and providing insights into estimated earnings and monetization gaps.
Facebook’s massive move to poach popular names is set to intensify the competition in the social media landscape. Do you think a guaranteed payment system is enough to bring your favorite creators back to Facebook, or will YouTube and TikTok remain the dominant forces in content consumption?
