According to the news of Taiwan-based media platform Benchlife.Info, AMD is currently working on four new RDNA 4 architecture-based desktop graphics cards. The new graphics cards were a great curiosity, especially for gamers and professionals looking for high performance.
Next-generation AMD RDNA 4 graphics cards are coming: Four models on the way
It is stated that a model codenamed NAVI 48 XT stands out in this new series . This model, which appeared in GeekBench tests, draws attention with its 28 WGP (Workgroup Processor) cores and 16GB GDDR6 memory.
However, it is stated that this card is still in the engineering sample stage and the drivers sent to AIB (Add-in Board) manufacturers only allow for boot tests. Therefore, the performance results obtained at this stage do not yet reflect the performance of the final product.
Apart from the NAVI 48 XT , AMD is also said to be working on three other RDNA 4 GPU variants. These could be different configurations of the NAVI 48 XT and could expand AMD’s product line. The company is said to be planning to launch these new RDNA 4-based graphics cards in January 2025.
The possible name of these new cards could be the Radeon RX 8000 series, but there is no definitive information about the official naming. Especially in this market where competition is intense, it is a matter of great curiosity how the RDNA 4-based cards will perform.
With the launch of the new technology, users and technology enthusiasts are eagerly waiting to see how these new products from AMD will perform against competitors like NVIDIA. What do you think? You can write your opinions in the comments section below.
