According to the information provided, SIMA has 600 skills such as moving, climbing stairs, viewing the map and opening the menu. On the other hand, SIMA was trained by watching videos of games played by humans and imitating real players. SIMA and NPCs should not be confused. NPCs are characters that appear in a specific game and are unique to that game. For example, it is not possible to take an NPC from Valheim and place it in a different game like Call of Duty.
