Samsung’s new budget-friendly phone, the Galaxy A17 5G, has been listed on the website of French retailer Boulanger. This listing reveals the model’s design, features, and full technical details ahead of its release. The new device, which will be the successor to the Galaxy A16, will feature a familiar design but also offer some significant upgrades.
Galaxy A17 5G Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy A17 5G will feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display. The panel will offer a 120Hz refresh rate, a U-shaped “Infinity-U” notch for the front camera, and a flat frame design. The phone will be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1330 processor.

The Galaxy A17 5G will offer 4GB and 8GB of RAM. Storage will be available in 128GB and 256GB. Storage can also be expanded via a microSD card slot. While the listing only lists a single SIM slot, the specifications also mention dual SIM support.
The phone features a triple camera system on the back. The 50MP main camera, which takes sharper photos with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), will be accompanied by a 5MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro lens. The front of the device will feature a 13MP selfie camera.
