Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series tablets come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor
The Galaxy Tab S10+ model features MediaTek’s most powerful processor, the Dimensity 9300+. This beast, appearing in Geekbench tests with the code SM-X828U, comes with 12 GB of RAM and the Android 14 operating system. This is truly a significant innovation: a flagship Samsung tablet with a MediaTek processor. Samsung, which previously used MediaTek processors only in low and mid-range devices, is now using them in high-performance devices as well.
The Dimensity 9300+ is MediaTek’s top-tier processor designed to compete with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Produced by TSMC with a 4nm process, this processor impresses with its high-performance eight-core structure: 1x Cortex-X4 3.25GHz, 3x Cortex-X4 2.85GHz, and 4x Cortex-A720 2GHz.
Additionally, it is equipped with an NPU for artificial intelligence support and an Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU for graphic processing.
