Galaxy Watch 6 Classic design has been leaked
The 40mm version of the Galaxy Watch 6 standard model and the 42mm version of the Watch 6 Classic model will be introduced with a 300mAh battery. The 44mm version of the standard model and the 46mm version of the Watch 6 Classic model will be offered with a 425mAh battery.
Last year, Samsung included a 284mAh battery in the 40mm version of the Galaxy Watch 5. The Galaxy Watch 6 model, which will be introduced with a battery capacity that is 16mAh higher, will surpass its predecessor in terms of battery life.
Samsung will use sapphire crystal glass in the Galaxy Watch 6 Pro model, while leaked information suggests that Gorilla Glass 6 will be used in the standard models.
The Galaxy Watch 6 Pro will have a 1.4-inch Super AMOLED screen and a titanium body. It is not yet known whether the iconic rotating bezels from previous Samsung smartwatches will return.
It is believed that the cheapest model in the Galaxy Watch 6 series will be the smallest 40mm GPS-only model starting at $279. At the other end of the price range, the GPS and cellular-connected version of the Galaxy Watch 6 Pro will cost $499.
