Many leaks and rumors have surfaced regarding Samsung’s foldable Z series and the Ring accessory for quite some time. It was previously leaked that the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Ring models would be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked event expected to take place in July. Now, reports have emerged specifying a definite date and location for the event. Here’s the launch date for the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6, and Ring Unpacked event…
Galaxy Unpacked event could be held on July 10
According to reports published by the Korean media, supporting the details revealed in previous leaks, Samsung will hold its Galaxy Unpacked event for its foldable phone models and the Galaxy Ring on July 10. The launch event is expected to take place in Paris.
Given Samsung’s status as an official sponsor of the International Olympic Committee and the proximity of the event to the Paris Summer Olympics, the likelihood of the company hosting its upcoming Unpacked event in Paris is very high.
The Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6, expected to be unveiled a month earlier than previous series, could arrive in July thanks to a faster production plan. Alongside the devices, which are notable for their slimmer design and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, more affordable models may also be announced as the Galaxy Z Fold FE and Z Flip FE.
The Galaxy Ring, whose price was revealed yesterday to be between $300 and $350, has sparked reactions with its leaked pricing. Introduced as a new technology, the Ring is also in the spotlight for its monthly subscription system. It is expected that the price of the device, showcased at MWC 2024, will be announced at the Galaxy Unpacked launch event scheduled for July.
