Nvidia has released version 581.57, the latest Game Ready driver for GeForce graphics cards. This major update, available for Windows 10 and Windows 11, brings optimization and support for current games and fixes multiple bugs that impacted the user experience. New improvements are also included in the driver.
GeForce 581.57 Driver Released
The new GeForce 581.57 driver brings Game Ready optimization and DLSS 4.0 support for ARC Raiders, Pax Dei, The Outer Worlds 2, and Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2. This support provides higher frame rates and improved image quality in these games.

The bug fixes in the update include general bugs and in-game issues. These include a black screen issue on Alienware AW2524H monitors after adjusting display settings. Additionally, stability issues that occurred when using AI masks in DxO Photolab 9 have been addressed.
Several significant fixes have been made to address game bugs. A bug that caused the Steam interface to cause game stability issues has been addressed. Random red/green visual glitches in Hell is US, random minor graphical glitches in Black Myth: Wukong after updating to the R580 drivers, and stability issues in Madden 26 after updating to the R580 drivers have been addressed.
An issue where games would crash due to Chinese characters in the installed game directory while Smooth Motion is enabled has also been addressed. Other bug fixes include graphical corruption in Total War: Warhammer III, stability issues with Smooth Motion enabled in Delta Force, and image corruption and stability issues after waking the computer from sleep mode in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
The Nvidia 581.57 driver can be downloaded and installed by logging into the Nvidia application and selecting the Drivers section in the left menu. On the other hand, the list of known issues includes text appearing slightly distorted in Counter-Strike 2 when the in-game resolution is lower than the native resolution of the screen, and flickering issues persist in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth after the driver update on some system configurations.
