At the Android Show event organized by Google, it was announced that Gemini’s areas of use will expand. According to the statements made, after Android phones, it will also be used as the default assistant on different platforms such as cars, Wear OS smart watches, Google TV and Android XR.
Gemini is coming to everywhere from phones to smart watches, from TVs to cars
Gemini will provide easier access and control while driving if users connect their phones to their vehicles in vehicles that use Android Auto. Thanks to Gemini, which you can use with natural speaking language, it will be possible to perform various tasks such as sending messages, finding restaurants or charging stations. It will also be able to pull location information from e-mails received from Gmail and help you find the songs you want by searching on music platforms such as YouTube Music and Spotify.

Gemini Live, another new feature of Gemini, will allow you to have real-time voice chats. It will help you follow the news and prepare for your upcoming meetings while commuting to work or spending time in traffic.

On smart watches with Wear OS operating system, Gemini will be able to perform some basic functions without needing your phone in cases where there is an internet connection. Thus, you will be able to perform various operations by talking to your wrist without taking your phone out.
Gemini is also coming to Google TVs. In this way, users will be able to get suggestions directly from Gemini about the content they want to watch. Another innovation by Google was to move Gemini to the Android XR platform.
Gemini, which will enter the lives of users with the first XR device that Samsung will release at the end of the year, will be the basic user interface of XR devices. Gemini, which has multi-modal vision and voice capabilities, will allow users to prepare comprehensive travel plans supported by resources such as videos, maps and local recommendations, and will provide a more realistic experience.
More details about these innovative areas of use of Gemini are expected to be shared at the Google I/O event on May 20.
