Ghost of Tsushima, perhaps one of the most anticipated PlayStation exclusives coming to PC, is finally coming to PC. The release date of the game is set for May 16, 2024.
As announced in a PlayStation Blog post, just before the Ghost of Tsushima PC release date announcement, Horizon: Forbidden West was released on PC.
The game will include features unique to the PC version. These include support for ultrawide monitors in 21:9, 32:9 and 48:9 resolutions. It has also been confirmed that Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut will support Nvidia DLSS 3 and DLAA, AMD FSR 3 and FSR 3 Native AA, and Intel XeSS. With these features, gamers will be able to further improve frame rates and image quality.
Controls will also be fully customizable for both the joystick and mouse and keyboard setups. If players use DualSense, they will be able to experience all the haptic feedback and adaptive triggering features found in the PS5 version.
The PC version is also complete in terms of content, which means players will have access to the main game, Iki Island DLC and the multiplayer Legends mode when they pick up the game. The game is currently available for pre-order. The Steam price is $60 and the Epic Games Store price is $1,499.
Ghost of Tsushima was originally released for PS4 in 2020 and received critical acclaim as an open-world action game in 13th century Japan where players try to resist the Mongol invasion. In 2021, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut was released for PS5 with Iki Island DLC. This is the version ported to PC.
