Sony has made waves in the gaming world by bringing many popular PlayStation titles to PC. After God of War 2018, the latest title is allegedly coming to Windows. According to this, God of War Ragnarök may release for PC very soon.
God of War Ragnarök may be announced for PC in May
Another PlayStation game could be coming to PC, according to the latest leaks. Reliable sources have claimed that the God of War Ragnarök PC announcement will take place in May. Originally announced for PS4 and PS5 in November 2022, it could be coming to PC after two years.
Ragnarök, which continues the Norse adventure of Kratos and Atreus, has earned critical acclaim for its cinematic presentation, storytelling and extensive melee combat system. After completing its PlayStation console exclusivity, it may be released for Windows.
With this release, Ragnarök will follow in the footsteps of other Sony titles such as Spider-Man, Horizon Zero Dawn and Ghost of Tsushima. While the date of the announcement is unclear, it is thought that the announcement could take the form of a simple blog post.
Previous PlayStation games have typically come to PC about a year after the console launch. With Ghost of Tsushima coming to the platform later this month, Ragnarök looks set to be one of the most important titles of 2024.
There are 12 games in total in the God of War series. Six of them are the main story; the others include portable, collectible and remake. The series, which managed to reach a very large audience with God of War, which debuted in 2018, came to the agenda again when it was released on Windows on January 14.
