Forza Horizon 5 is coming to PlayStation 5 on April 29
Playground Games announced that it will release the PlayStation 5 version of Forza Horizon 5 on April 29. Players who own the Premium Edition will be able to access the game four days in advance, starting on April 25.

The PlayStation 5 version of the game will offer two different graphic modes: Performance mode (60 FPS) and Quality mode (30 FPS). There are additional improvements for PlayStation 5 Pro owners. While the Performance mode on the Pro model is improved in terms of visual quality, the Quality mode will offer a more realistic experience with ray tracing-supported car reflections in races and free driving.
A major content update will also be released with the arrival of Forza Horizon 5 on PlayStation 5. This update, called Horizon Realms, will give players access to 11 special locations that were previously temporarily available in the game, as well as a new stadium track. Here are the locations:

- Summer Party
- Neon Airstrip
- Día de Muertos
- Winter Wonderland
- Lunar Drift Arena
- Retrowave Highway
- Cars and Coffee

- With this update, players will be able to add four new vehicles to their collection:
- 2024 Lamborghini Revuelto
- 2023 Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato
- 2018 Lotus Exige Cup 430
- 2022 Hennessey Mammoth 6×6
Horizon Realms will feature two different game modes: Skill Mode and Free Mode. In Skill Mode, players will compete in different locations to collect skill points and try to get their place on the leaderboards. In Free Mode, players will be able to freely roam and have fun without any pressure from the leaderboard.
