Google is opening up its “AI Mode” feature, which it announced in March 2025, to a wider range of users. Initially tested with only a limited number of users, this feature can now be used by anyone registered on the Google Labs platform.
Google will popularize AI mode
AI Mode combines Google’s traditional search engine structure with an AI-supported chat system. Users can receive not only links but also AI-generated answers in response to the queries they type in the search bar. Thus, search results become more interactive and explanatory.

Another striking aspect of AI Mode is that it offers information panels supported by visual cards in local business and product searches. Thanks to these cards, users can quickly view information such as comments, ratings, open-closed hours, etc. about restaurants, stores, and other businesses.
In product searches, shopping details such as prices, promotions, shipping information, images, and stock status are displayed on a single screen. Google has also included the search history tracking feature for desktop users in the system.
This feature allows users to continue queries they started earlier from where they left off by keeping a record of conversations with AI Mode. This ensures continuity, especially in long searches.
However, before the feature is widely deployed, feedback from user experiences will be evaluated. What do you think about this? You can share your thoughts with us in the comments section below.
