Huawei, which disposed of the Honor brand during the US embargoes, also sold Maimang to China Telecom Corporation. The Maimang 30 smartphone, introduced today by China Telecom’s subsidiary Tianyi Telecom Terminal Corporation, became official proof that the Maimang name has re-entered the market. Maimang 30, which appears today with all its features, design and price, carries a large circular camera island on the back. The device, which draws attention with its curved screen on the front and dual-view front camera design, actually seems to have not deviated from the Huawei line. However, the features of the device show that it is a serious competitor in the middle class.

Carrying a 6.78 inch 1.5K screen on the front, Maimang 30 offers 2700 x 1224 pixel resolution and 300Hz touch sampling rate on this panel. The device, which carries an 8 Megapixel selfie camera right above the screen, carries a 50 Megapixel lens as the main camera on the back. Besides this, there is a 2 Megapixel depth sensor.

Maimang 30, which carries a 6100 mAh battery inside the case, comes with 40W fast charging support. The thickness of the device, which has features such as wet hand use, Tianyi Cloud Disk and AI Star, is stated to be 7.98 mm. The weight is reported as 189 grams.

Powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset, the device offers two different RAM memory options: 8GB and 12GB. The device, which comes with a single option of 256GB on the storage side, is offered for sale in two versions due to its RAM memory. Maimang 30, which is available in three colors: black, blue and white, carries a price tag of $275 for the 8GB RAM version and $302 for the 12GB RAM version.
