Honor announced the launch date of its new smartphone series Honor 400 and 400 Pro as May 22. The company’s announcement particularly emphasized the new generation camera system supported by artificial intelligence. After the launch, the devices are expected to go on sale in the global market in June.
Honor 400 series will offer artificial intelligence-supported camera
The Honor 400 series is seen as a step to strengthen the brand’s presence in the global market. The standard model of the series, Honor 400; comes with a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, the device offers two different storage options, 256 GB and 512 GB, along with 8 GB of RAM. The most striking feature of the devices was the artificial intelligence-supported camera system. The 200 MP resolution main camera is accompanied by a 12 MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 50 MP front camera.
The phone is equipped with a 5,300 mAh battery and 66W fast charging support. The device is expected to cost around $ 540. The Honor 400 Pro model, on the other hand, comes with a larger 6.7-inch screen and uses the flagship-level Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
This model has 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. The camera system includes a 200 MP OIS-supported main camera; 50 MP telephoto lens, 12 MP ultra-wide angle and 50 MP front camera. The device also has a depth sensor.
On the durability side, the Honor 400 Pro, which has IP68 and IP69 certifications, provides high-level protection against water and dust. The product comes with a 5,300 mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. The sales price of the Pro model is stated to be around $ 865.
