Honor has leaked design details of its new Honor Power 2 smartphone with a massive battery, a topic that has been widely discussed in the tech world for some time. According to images circulating on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, the device bears a strong resemblance to Apple’s flagship iPhone 17 Pro.
Honor Power 2 Design Revealed
The large camera island and triple lens arrangement on the rear panel directly reflect Apple’s design language. Honor’s emphasis on an orange color option for this model also brings to mind the color choices of the iPhone 17 Pro series. Expected to be offered in black and white alternatives, the phone, despite being in the mid-range segment, projects a high-end device profile with its exterior design.

The Honor Power 2, officially planned for launch in January 2026, distinguishes itself primarily with its massive 10,080 mAh battery. This battery power, well above modern smartphone standards, is combined with 80W fast charging support.
Thanks to advanced silicon-carbon battery technology, the device’s thickness remains at around 8 mm despite this high capacity. In terms of hardware, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset and appears to have 12GB of RAM in performance tests. This processor ensures a smooth experience in both daily use and gaming.
The front of the device features a 6.79-inch LTPS OLED display with 1.5K resolution. This panel, offering a 120Hz refresh rate, supports visual quality with high brightness values. Regarding photography capabilities, the rear features a 50-megapixel main camera setup, while the front is accompanied by a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
Running with Android 16-based MagicOS 10, this model is positioned as one of the most ambitious options among Honor’s new generation of performance-oriented devices. With this phone, the manufacturer successfully targets users who seek both long battery life and a modern design.
