- On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.
- Tap the My Watch tab, then tap your Apple Watch at the top of the screen.
- Tap the “i” icon next to your Apple Watch in the My Watch tab.
- Tap “Unpair Apple Watch.”
- Enter your Apple ID password to confirm.
- Tap “Erase Apple Watch” to complete the process.
- Turning off the connection between your Apple Watch and iPhone
