Premium Class Electric Car from Huawei and BAIC, Stelato S9
Making its debut as a new brand at the Beijing Auto Show, Stelato seems to have made a strong entry into the market with Huawei’s support. The first model of Stelato, named S9, comes with premium features and design. Claimed to rival models such as the Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, and Audi A8L, the Stelato S9 can also deliver high performance with its electric motor.
The new electric car, with a length of 5 meters and 16 centimeters, approximately 2 meters in width, 1 meter and 48 centimeters in height, and a wheelbase of 3 meters, also stands out with its imposing stance and innovative design.
The Stelato S9, offered in two versions, has a power output of 227 kW / 304 horsepower in the rear-wheel-drive version, while in the dual-motor model with both rear and front motors, the front motor can reach 158 kW / 211 horsepower.
While it has been announced that the Huawei-backed Stelato S9 electric car will use a Li-Ion battery, unfortunately, the battery capacity has not been disclosed. Although the price list has not been released yet, the S9 is expected to be priced between 38,200 euros and 64,300 euros when it goes on sale, which is expected to be around July or August.
