Ahead of the launch of its highly anticipated flagship, the Mate 80 series, Huawei has quietly introduced a new model to the Chinese market: the Enjoy 70X Premium. While this new version shares much of the same specifications as the Enjoy 70X, introduced earlier this year, it stands out with a new chipset and fresh color options.
Kirin 8000 Power and Satellite Communication
The Huawei Enjoy 70X Premium is powered by the octa-core Kirin 8000 SoC. This chipset is paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. One of its most notable features is its satellite communication support, allowing users to send text or visual messages even when there is no cellular connection.

The device features a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel features a pill-shaped notch at the top for the 8MP front camera and an in-display fingerprint reader for security. On the back, the Enjoy 70X Premium features a dual camera setup, including a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor.
The phone comes with a generous 6,100mAh battery that supports 40W wired charging and runs HarmonyOS 4.2 out of the box. Other technical features include Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and dual-band Wi-Fi.
Huawei has launched the Enjoy 70X Premium in three colors: Obsidian Black, Sand Yellow, and Starry Blue.
Pricing:
- The 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant is priced at CNY 1,899 (approximately $265).
- The 8GB RAM/512GB storage option is priced at CNY 2,199 (approximately $310).
The Enjoy 70X Premium is available from Huawei’s online store in China, Vmall.
